For Employees : Overview
The Childcare Voucher Scheme closed to new joiners on the 4th October 2018.
However, if you are an existing member, you can remain on the scheme as long as your employer continues to offer it. You will also be permitted to re-join the scheme if you have remained with the same employer and have had a salary deduction taken/voucher issued within the previous 52 weeks.
If you move employer or leave the scheme for 52 weeks or more, you lose your eligibility to re-join. For example, if your last voucher is issued in November 2022, you must have a deduction/voucher issued in October 2023 at the latest to re-join because of the 52 week rule.
Please be mindful that that one months' notice prior to your date of pay is required to re-join the scheme.
